If your desktop/tower or laptop PC is not functioning correctly then bring it in for a free diagnosis. If you're unable to bring it in, then we will be glad to come to you at no extra charge! If we cant fix the problem at your site, and need to bring it back to our shop for repairs, we will bring it back to you once repaired at no extra cost!

We can install a low cost efficient network system that will enable your family or business to share an Internet connection and printer. Many network options are available. We offer cabled and wireless networks. Call or stop by to see what we can do.

Have you accidentally erased or deleted some important photos or documents on your PC's hard drives, Zip drives, or floppy disks? Bring them by and we will make our best effort to recover the data. If we can't recover the data, then there is no charge. You have nothing to lose!

We can safely remove most viruses. Although most viruses are preventable by using a good virus detection program, viruses still can sneak through and harm or disable your system, as well as spread to others whom you share files with. This is why it is a good idea to regularly update your virus software's file definitions and back up your files on a regular basis.

If your system has been contaminated with a virus, bring your PC in for diagnosis and removal. If necessary, we can visit your site for removal services. Virus removal is sometimes a tedious process, and it may take some time to remove certain viruses, especially when trying to maintain data integrity. We will do everything we can to keep your drive from having to be formatted. When bringing in your PC for service it is only necessary to bring in the tower/desktop case only. No need to bring in all your peripherals such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. Feel free to call if you have any questions.

We can create an exact image of your drives, with all your data. Although the PC comes with restore disks, the restore disks will only restore the PC back to the original factory specifications. It will not include all the files and software that's been added since the PC was set up and put into service. That way, if a disaster should occur, you would have a backup copy that we can use to completely restore your system. It will ensure that the system can be restored back to the point at which the backup was made. Even in case of an emergency disaster, you'll have an off-site backup with all the important files safely stored for a quick restore of your important data. Call for details.
